Photographer's Note
We spent two days there. This is the last sunset as seen from Mather Point, which took place during horrendous showers. Behind my back was a double rainbow. Maybe i should have tried to make a 180 degree panorama, but i was running out of time, and the cam was getting soaked from the rain.
Those 2 specs are indeed two people (I tend to think of them as old lovebirds ;)) and should help to give an idea of size. But nothing can replace having seen it yourself that's for sure.

Hello Michiel,
Welcome to TE. The landscape has fabulous pink tones. I like the dusty air and sunlight. Well done!

Hello Michiel ... Grand Canyon in a different light. I love the special sunset color something between pink and red. Nice to see the two people standing there enjoying the beauty of this place. Well seen, good job + welcome of course ... Have a lovely Sunday, Barbara.
