Generous offerings at the Gay Parade in San Francisco, yesterday....
To all the TE members with whom i coud not be with in Paris this week-end.

(check the WS!!!)

tech: pix was burnt a bit by sunlight, adjusting with PS, I intently pushed a few hue cursors to accentuate the "pop" energy, which, in turn, resulted in inspiring the title for this shot.

Wow! What a fantastic shot Harve! Very funny and optimistic.
The colors are nicely saturated and the focus is good.

I 'm jealous I wish I had gone but, because a bunch of miscommunication and near misses I didn't make it to the city on Sunday for the parade.
I love the colours and the attitude. The atmosphere of celbration and joy is very apparent in this photo. Cool composition too.
Love the workshop too.

j'adooore cette photo, les couleurs, la netteté, et nos deux protagonistes sont superbes, tellement généreux.
il est indéniable que ces deux là sont de vraies stars, n'ont-ils pas à leur dispo un porteur d'ombrelle ?

Hi Herve, it's a succesfull pp you did here, very Andy Warhol. It shows us all what the gay parade is about: fun, colours, extravaganza,... You captured that very good.

faaabuluous, girl. Outrageous colours, it must have been quite a spectacle. Even though I live just up the hill from the Castro, I was in bed all day yesterday because of back pains.
(Today I saw the WS and see that there is now a photo of MY BOSS on TE. The Gavinator has never been shy of cameras.)

Hervé,
Los Angeles offre ici la possibilité de faire de la photo en trois dimentions. Quand on travaille le "paysage", qui serait plutôt ma tasse de whisky, on apprend à disposer les lignes et les volumes au bon endroit. C'est ce que tu fais ici avec la Gay Pride, en mettant l'offre Felliniene du personnage exactement à la bonne hauteur et au bon endroit dans la composition.
L'image est aussi bien soutenue par les couleurs.
Maintenant tu sais qu'il y eut sur certaines images Parisiennes quelques discutions tout à fait honorables sur le sexe des anges et donc ici je ne m'avancerai pas, ni mes mains non plus, et je dirai simplement que quoiqu'il en soit ces formes sont tout à fait à mon goût.
Compliment pour ce beeau travail.
