The sun sets over Longs peak, Colorado. The front range of the Rocky Mountains often has spectacular cloud formations because the high peaks cause disturbances in the Jet stream.

Hi Herb,
Really a spectacular photo with the colour of the cloud against the green grass. I wish there were such motives here in Sweden.

Magnifique coucher de soleil, un beau spectacle pour les yeux. J'aime beaucoup les montagnes au loin et le nuage orangé qui contraste bien avec le vert. Belle prise de vue et bonne composition.
