Photographer's Note
This is a locally known waterfall located down canyon from the Snowbird Ski Resort in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Lisa falls is found on one of the tributaries to the main creek that flows down the middle of the canyon. Our major water source in the Salt Lake valley comes from snow melt in the Wasatch Mountains.
It was raining the day I took this shot and I was standing under an umbrella. I really like to shoot in the rain as it draws out bold colors and the overcast sky creates an even light source, softening shadows.
I hope you enjoy this photo. Keep the critiques coming!

Hi Steve:
Interesting shot, a bit different from the shots we see of the Wasatch mountains, but I like it. The yellow in both the rock and the trees is quite nice, and the composition is a bit unconventional but well done. It does seem slightly overexposed--perhaps a neutral density filter would have been appropriate. Otherwise, quite nice.
