Photographer's Note
Hey Pablo (Pablominto) had to post this one for you. While paddling this afternoon I spotted this guy bringing in this lunker which weighed in at 6 lbs 6 oz. which is 3 kilos of large mouth bass. After I took the picture and he weighed the fish it was back in the water (catch and release) So lucky for him I was there with camera in hand so his friends can't accuse him of telling "Fish Stories."

Hi Tom
Your kayak is pointing right to the subject. Nicely exposed and well handled.

hi Tom
Proof by a photo!
Very interesting, how can we miss out the fish? Especially when you point the front end of the canoe at the direction of the fish :)
A nice capture of the moment and a good evidence that fishing has a great reward. Good shot.

p/s Pablo - no fish for dinner, it's gone back in the water :)

Bonjour Tom,
bien compôsée cette photo avec aussi ce petit traitement en post processing. Un ciel magnifique.
Malgré le traitement, les couleurs sont restées naturelles.
Amicalement.
Daniel.

Hello Tom,
Wow! I bet that was a fine fight!
We don't have the large mouth bass here so I don't know much about its behaviour but well over 6 lbs is a fight any way...
Bit early for the season over here but in 3-4 weeks I'm there too!
Good quality documentary!

Tom,
I like your composition here pointing the tip of the canoe at the bass. The reflection add nice depth to the shot and the lighting and colors are great.

So you are back paddling... good!
I like very much this photo, but I can't say why... perhaps because is so clear and sharp that one feels to be at your place in the kayak. It's a lovely scene and scenary. This lake with its banks with beautiful houses and trees seem really a wonderful place to spend a Sunday. Fine light of the right intensity which gave you pretty natural colours. And of course I like how you took the guy. Well done.

Hello Tom,
This is also another creative one from your canoe that they are impressive photos for me every time. The background of scene is also very well captured while you are eliminating unwanted results of reverse light with your flash. Congratulations.
Friendly Regards,

Hello Tom,
The fish was quite large, giving to a good meal, I would be happy with their catch.
Wonderful image from the canoe, until a few days ago, thanks to your latest pictures, I had not heard about your amateur.
Best regards,
Charo

Hi Tom,
I missed this one somehow, damn fine fish that guy caught, good to see catch and release is going strong in your neck of the woods.
I really enjoy your kayak POV captures, takes me into the heart of the action.
Nice one.

Hi Tom
This one is also for our friend Carper Alias Jaap.
Interesting backlights on the scene, the light composition is not flat.
Well done.
Cheers.
