Photographer's Note
Hectic, full of cars and people that are rushing, rushing, rushing..., maybe except tourists, who are window shopping. Yellow cabs (taxis), black limos, white buses, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera...
Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. This is my New York that I see every day. It makes me TIRED!
Was I able to reflect the motion on this picture, I wonder?

Hello Irina,
Knowing NYC quite well (I've been working there for nearly a year), I think your picture is really good because it does translate Manhattan streets atmosphere very well.
The blur is very good and you managed to have all typical elements (flags, cab, limo, stands,...) on one single shot.
Bravo - for me this picture does represent daily NY.
Bravo

for me you did capture the rush- and more.
The people, slightly blurred- almost faceless, going somewhere-
and the solid, grey buildings, towering over the tiny cars and people, and no sky. Yes, it does spell NYC, rush, money, power.
good shot!

Irina,
NY, fifth avenu, off coarse names I know, and till so far I never looked at TE for these places.
Somehow this photo intrigues me, and I understand this makes you tired. That's one of the reasons I moved to Riga.
greta daily life picture, taxi, people, buildings, your note....
thanx.
