Photographer's Note
This bridge is one of 2 that cross the Cape Cod Canal. It was constructed beginning in 1933 by the Public Works Administration for the United States Army Corps of Engineers, which operates both the bridges and the canal. The bridge was opened in 1935 and to this day carries 4 lanes of traffic to and from Cape Cod.
