Perfect Afternoon, a photo from Wisconsin, Midwest

Photographer's Note

This shot was taken on a perfect early summer afternoon. It was around 80 degrees, nice cool blustery wind off the lake, and nice puffy clouds. I went on a day trip drive to southern Wisconsin and found this lovely beach about 15 miles north of the border. It was a great day to shutterbug and test a new to me film.

This was scanned from the original 2"x3" chrome, made some subtle levels adjustment and the lightest amount of grain removal. This is the result.

Hi Hubert.
I'm surprised you got no attention on this one. I've seen much worse images here with lots of points. I like the light and the sky. And of course the breakwater leading the eye back into the image. Good vertical composition and colour. Well done.
