Photographer's Note

A quick shot taken in Little Italy , New York city. There are many walls painted with interesting graffitis especially in side streets: The passing man seemed to be in a hurry and apparently he didn' t notice me or he didn't mind . It was quite dark. Before the digital era, way back in 1999.

Wonderful array of colors, superbly composed. The man blurred against the sharp graffiti with vivid colors look absolutely wonderful.

Graffiti & murals...
I always think, what would Michaelangelo say, if he ever witnessed today's paintings on the walls?
I guess, he'd be excitedly happy, like a photographer seeing that form of postmodern art with a passing-by figure with a red-banded hat. A photo full of youthly dynamism, and it is stunning to read it dating back to pre-digital era.

A good capture of the street art & grafitti in NYC, with marvellous, saturated colour, & excellent sharpness. I like the motion blur of the passer by. Tfs!

Joli mur bariolé, je vois que tu t'es confronté au même problème que moi, sur les couleurs du passant... J'aime bien cette composition malgré tout !
