Park Avenue (Quatrième avenue) est une large avenue de New York, qui s'étend du Nord au Sud de Manhattan.
Elle est coupée par Grand Central Station (que l'on aperçoit ici au pied du MetLife Building) qui délimite Park Avenue North de Park Avenue South.
L'avenue est située entre Madison Avenue à l'ouest et Lexington Avenue à l'est.

Park Avenue South, qui relie Grand Central à Union Square est beaucoup plus actif que la partie nord, plus résidentielle.
Elle est ainsi le siège de nombreux bureaux et banques dont les fameux MetLife Building et Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
Le prestigieux hôtel Waldorf-Astoria est aussi situé dans cette avenue.

MetLife Building, qui ferme la perspective sur l'avenue, est un immeuble de 59 étages et 246 m, conçu par Emery Roth & Sons. Il a été inauguré en 1963.

Park Avenue (Fourth avenue) is a broad avenue of New York City, which extends from North to South of Manhattan.
It is cut by Grand Central Station (that we can see here in front of MetLife Building) which delimits Park Avenue North de Park Avenue South.
Avenue is located between Madison Avenue and Lexington Avenue.

Park Avenue South, which connects Grand Central to Union Square is much more active than the northern part, more residential.
Seat of many offices and banks are located on it, in particular MetLife Building and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
Prestigious Waldorf-Astoria hotel is also located in this avenue.

MetLife Building, which closes perspective on avenue, is a 59 floors and 246 m high building, conceived by Emery Roth & Sounds. It was inaugurated in 1963.
