Before Kinchega national park came into existence there was a large sheep station covering the Area - Kinchega station. Nothing much remains of the homestead but the wool shed (shearing shed) is still in good condition (unlike the last one that I showed you) and is actually a small museum with quite a bit of equipment on display.
This photo shows part of the wool shed with an unusual open sided area at the rear to keep sheep dry for shearing (not that it rains very often out there.
In the WS is a view looking down the sheep ramp.
