Temora is a prosperous town (population 4,600) in the Riverina region of New South Wales. It is a service town for large wheat and sheep areas.
In the past it had this large attractive Railway station (commenced 1883) with several branch lines starting there. Goods trains still run but the last passenger train ran in 1986.
Today the station is a railway museum.
In the WS is a close up of the entrance and a photo of the Railway Hotel (every town had one with that name). I stayed in the hotel when I first arrived in Temora to live too many years ago.

Hi Ian
Reminds me a little of the Geraldton Train Station in Western Australia. Good sharpness and nice warm cold colour contrasts. Tfs!

Hello Ian,
Old styled edifice, yet always attractive those old, and somehow a pity that is no longer in service RR station pictures.
Good choice for an horizontal crop.
WS's also looks intriguing.
Good afternoon,

Hello Ian,
Both buildings are quite magnificent and definitely worth being renovated and kept for future generations of visitors. They are beautifully decorated and all photos are well taken with fine colours and light.
Best regards,

Hi Ian,
The composition is well divided, the sky, the building and the cars. The point of view is showing the details of the Temora Railway station. There is a good contrast between the colors of the picture. Have a nice day.

Hi Ian,
Nice series of photos with very stylish architecture. I think we have one pub which slightly resembles this style but I have never really managed to photograph it and it is not as elaborate as the buildings which you presented here. Great weather day and fantastic resulting colors,

Hello Ian,
There is something about older railway stations where they always look the part! If you hadn't named this building, I would have guessed a railway station!
I love the close up of the doorway, where the light and the shadows make beautiful patterns.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hi Ian,two examples of really well preserved old architecture, the hotel is under renovation but well done while the station, now museum, is a real show of details and colors, your close up WS of the entrance is very useful and shows the details of the decorations in the best way. Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano

Hello Ian,
Three fine photos showing buildings with intricate lacework. My favorite is that of the entrance to the station since it allows us to enjoy the decorations in detail.

Hello Ian.
Magnificent and beautiful building of this old station, I like its long porch and all the fretwork work in the wood that adorns it.
In this photo the sharpness, colors and POV are great.
Well done. I like it.
Have a good day.
Very best regards.
Luis.
