Cradle Mountain & Dove lake, a photo from Tasmania, East

Photographer's Note

Cradle Mountain is found in a huge national park in the middle of Tasmania. The lake is called Dove Lake and in the warmer months it's possible to going canoeing on it.

Hola Toni,
qué impresionante efecto óptico con la reflexión del perfil de la montaña sobre el agua del lago. La composición es muy bonita, inluyendo las piedras del primer plano que rompe la casi perfecta simetría y llenando la composición. Buena luz.
La parte derecha de la montaña oscura del centro me recuerda a una cara mirando a las piedras.
Bién escogido.

ça aurait pu être une parfaite symétrie mais tu as ajouté ces rochers en 1e plan et je trouve que c'est bien vu.
Un côté bien éclairé et l'autre à l'ombre, contraste intéressant.

Hi Toni, you sure have a very high image quality for an older shot like this. Those reflections might be the most incredible I've ever seen. What a surface you had for the reflections! The colors and sharpness are both outstanding. Well done Toni!

Hi Toni.
Like the bottom framing, which consists of the rocks. It give the expression that the rocks is truely near to us. Well executed and good exposure with lovely water reflection.

Ce contraste lumière-ombre est très beau.
J'aime bien ce cadrage des pierres au 1er plan, ca coupe la symétrie.

Très beau contraste entre la droite et la gauche et belle symetrie entre avec cette réflexion dans l'eau, cela donne une photo très artistique, bien vu Toni.

Hello Toni,

excellent wideangel effect and perfect POV.
No wind at all and 100% reflection.
On the left a little bit too dark but all in all very good catch of light.

Hi Toni, Your Cradle Mountain posts make me really like to go back there again. It is so beautiful a place. I missed more of the views when I visit there because of the rain.
The reflections on the water is beautiful. A well composed picture to have the lower shooting angle. Nice contrast and saturation. A very attractive picture.

Quelle pureté dans ce reflet. Ton cadrage est splendide et j'aime beaucoup cette symétrie parfaite bousculée par les rochers du premier plan. très bele lumière.

J'adore cette symetrie, c'est tres agreable a l'oeil, pas facile l'exposition ici il me semble avec cette partie dans l'ombre.

This is a spectacular picture. I love the reflection in the water. Too bad it's a little blurred from the wind to the top right of the water. But considering the DOF you couldn't have used a slower shutter speed. Great composition and colours. Thumbs up all the way.

Elle est super. Le découpage des montagne sur le ciel me surprend un peu mais c'est sans doute a un effet de post-traitement ou du "retaillage" pour le web.
