Photographer's Note
I saw all three the biggest waterfalls on Earth and you can believe me - Iguazu is the most wonderful gorgeous, magnificent - no words to tell about them. I have already posted a few photos but they deserve to be shown many times. it is the view of the Argentinian side. There are many view points there, you can spend there easily half a day walking around on many platforms and paths. Is it only mine imagination or you also see the strange face there on the foreground?
For me, one of the worlds wonders, something different than Grand Canyon but overwhelming in the same way. (It IS ranked as one of the nature seven wonders.)
The name "Iguazu" comes from the Guarani or Tupi words "y", meaning "water", and "ûasú , meaning "big". (Big water, haha). Legend has it that a deity planned to marry a beautiful woman named NaipÃ, who fled with her mortal lover Tarobá in a canoe. In a rage, the deity sliced the river, creating the waterfalls and condemning the lovers to an eternal fall.
The first European to record the existence of the falls was the Spanish conquistador Ãlvar Núñez Cabeza de Vaca in 1541.
Big beta version.

Czesc Malgorzata,
to chyba najpiekniejsze zdjecie wodospadow jakie widzialem -niesamowity POV ale rowniez doskonale obramowanie. To wlasnie ramka daje niesamowity efekt. Galezie z gory, z bokow i the brazowe skaly na pierwszym planie.
Wspaniala praca!

Hello Malgo,
An image that truly captures the thundering power of these magnificent falls. The point of view is very well chosen to show them in the round. Very good technical realisation.
I'm afraid that I cannot play any musical instrument, something that became apparent at infants school when I couldn't keep in tune with the triangle! I do like listening to classical music however.

Ciao Malgorzata
On discerne très bien les traits de cette figure dans la végétation qui entoure cette chute spectaculaire. Un superbe point de vue qui nous en montre le plus possible.
Amicalement

Hi Malgo
I know it's never easy to capture the majesty of the worlds wonders, but you have done so superbly here, such a sense of power in that rushing water and the mist all across the view. There is a beautiful selection of colors in your photo and a pertly active and angry looking sky. I do see the face too, it jumps out and it looks rather angry also. Perhaps it is the old god, still annoyed at his lover.
Best wishes
Noel

Hello Malgo,
Yes, I think I would agree with you that this is one of the most fascinating showing of a waterfall that I have seen. It is really unbelievably beautiful. Far more attractive than the Niagara Falls. Victoria Falls in Africa and there is also a Falls in China that are also wonderful, but I have been to neither. Have also seen some great falls in Croatia which is not far from you.
Of course I can see the face in the foreground made up from the foliage and the rock formation. Looks a little bit like a mean guy I used to work for. ha ha.
Have a good weekend. of course yours is almost over. Warmest Regards, Roger.

Good afternoon Malgo,
The impressive waterfall is one subject that taking most attention here - but the rock in the foreground with an imaginary "face", unbelievable shape - and its contrast to the abundance of water on the scene, caught my first sight on photo.
A fabulous nature, applied superbly.

Ike

Howdy Malgo,
Different approach, showing some but not all of the giant Iguazu Falls, the crashing turbulent white water surrounding the rocky promontory, and flowing in the mist downstream, with more geology and tropical landscape. Could imagine the sound of the water crashing would be intense.
Thank you for sharing,
Cheers,
Ray

Hello Malgorzata,
I feel the vicarious pleasure of seeing Iguazu Falls through your eyes. In 2010 we came very close to visiting there, but had to truncate our itinerary when we discovered that we needed visas and Yellow Fever vaccines to visit Brazil (we flew back from Barbados, rather than sail onto Rio). You have indeed seen the three great waterfalls. Have you had the opportunity to see the highest of them all, Angel Falls in Venezuela?
Warm regards,
Bulent

Hi Malgo!
Being the waterfalls as important...the special proposal today is this face, because looks as a face!!
Pareidolia (/pær??do?li?/ parr-i-DOH-lee-?) is a psychological phenomenon involving a vague and random stimulus (often an image or sound) being perceived as significant. Common examples include seeing images of animals or faces in clouds, or other elements.
The word comes from the Greek words para (????, "beside, alongside, instead [of]") in this context meaning something faulty or wrong; and the noun eid?lon (??????? "image, form, shape"), the diminutive of eidos. Pareidolia is a type of apophenia, seeing patterns in random data.
I see faces...
Kiss.
Manu

Hallo Malgo,

Hi Malgorzata,
You have captured well the power of the waterfall. The pointr of view is showing the details of the Iguazu waterfall. The good luminosity is bringing out the colors. Have a nice day.

malgorzata
in fact we can see a face of an roman god with angry expression on it. haha.
nice angle catching the small details of the falls.
few minutes behind I was reading about the mistakes tourists do when visiting brazil and one of them it is to believe amazon forest is covering our whole territory.
I remember the last time I visited Iguassu I found an Spanish tourist and he believed this was part of amazon forest, probably because it was shown this way in a movie of james bond .haha. most part of our visitors don't know this is part of atlantic forest, that is very different of the amazon one.
hugs
jorge
