Buenos Aires, Argentina, July 12, 2018

It actually felt like being in a European city. Just with a Latino feel to it. One day I'll be back and go all the way down to Patagonia, but that will have to be another time. I liked the atmosphere in Buenos Aires. It's relatively safe and peaceful.

But it wasn't my main destination this time. I just wanted to get to the Andes. And so I did. Jumped on a 17-hour bus ride to Mendoza, then an 8-hour bus to the Pacific coast of Chile. I hope to share some of those pictures from the Andes mountains of Chile, Peru and Bolivia in the time to come.

This picture shows the parliament building of Argentina, a country that has their share of problems to solve. Hopefully, they will find their way through.

En väldigt snyggt komponerad bild, där parlamentsbyggnaden balanseras fint av träden och paret med barnvagnen. Duvorna fyller förgrunden väl. Bilden har väldigt fina färger och bra exponering.
Gör du inget annat än reser? Du är värre än jag när jag var ung.;-) Jag hade varken tid eller råd att se så stora delar av världen då, och det var mycket sämre kommunikationer.

another smart looking shot. I like how you say its "relatively" safe haha. and that sounds like a long long bus ride, yikes! Wonderful composition here, the main building looking so classic and strong, the pigeons, the people walking by, even the trees on the right...all look so good. well set up. cheers

Nice postcard from that beautiful city. I've heard that is quite "European" but with the typical charm of South America.
