Photographer's Note

One year and ten months since my last trip!
I thought it would be terrible not traveling those days. It was not good, but not terrible. I did many other things instead! But now... starting my routine of hitting the road again!
I celebrate this day with the impressively wonderful MOUNT FITZ ROY in EL CHALTÉN (ARGENTINA'S PATAGONIA).

Ola Neyvan what a wonderfull winter panorama! I've been there in the late summer a couple of times but in the winter it is much more extreme, good contrast and light management

Hello Neyvan,
One year and then months ? High time to make a new journey. That's much too long for someone who enjoys traveling.
This winter scene from Argentina's Patagonia looks awesome!
There's a lot of snow on the branches of the trees and they make a good foreground. The most attractive, I think, are the sharp mountain peaks on the distance.
The entire landscape is bathing under a beautiful light and also the sky looks very pretty with the soft cloud lines on a blue background.

Not to travel during almost two years, it is terrible. I am nervous after two month if I do not have new tickets. Magnificent view of Mount Fitz in winter. Most have been difficult to get there but what a result. And where are you going this time? I go to Chine in a few days.

Beautiful and impressive landscape, covered by an enormous amount of snow, the shrubs acquire curious forms, in the background the toothed summits are apotheosic.
Also both the sharpness and the lighting are great.

this is so beautiful!!
The characteristic silhouette of the mountain is the highlight here of course but the winter decoration is quite spectacular. I admire the variety of textures of snow in the foreground. The sky tops it up beautifully! Blue color adds a nice touch and the pattern of the clouds is also nice.

Yes I have not been on a proper trip for a while as well.

Hello Ney,

A very beautiful scene, perfectly composed, with the mountain tops following the thirds line.
The transformation created by snow is quite amazing!
This is a beautiful, pristine panorama, the snow covering different features to create a multitude of shapes and patterns.
