Simple: a board, a paddle and nature. Just paddling standing on a plank and you are practicing the stand up paddle, also known as SUP.

SUP has it origins in Hawaii, nowadays it is a international sport with appropriated equipaments, wear and competitions.

Here in Macae is easy see people practicing SUP.

Hello Andre,
A minimalist composition but a very effective one. The lady with here oar is ideally placed and makes an excellent focal point. Fine control over depth of field.
