Photographer's Note
This is the road from Ayacucho to Vilcashuaman. We hired a car and driver to cover the 4 to 5 hour drive.
On the way we saw this upside down truck and a man sitting next to it. From a distance and with a zoom I took this picture.
When we got closer I told the driver if we could help him and take him in any way. We tried talking to him, but he was totally drunk. This really made me feel upset. He was lucky that this didnt happen a few kilometers away where there are cliffs on the side of the road, and we or anyone else was lucky not to have crossed his way before this happened.
Any pity I had for him disappeared right there....

He was lucky!!!
when we went in Guatemale, one morning we lost the first bus from Antigua to Panajachel. we took the third bus. when we arrived on the highland before the Lake Atitlan, we saw the first bus of that line that was some hundreds of meters down in the valley. there was more than 100 death.
the driver was drunk at 6.30 in the morning!!
ecellent shot Daniel, specially for the good POV and the good light.
thanks, ciao

Bonjour Daniel,

Hi Daniel,
Yes, this is what happens if you take the car being drunk. A good shot of this man and his car. The colours and shadows are good as well. Nice work.

A lovely landscape in a good light combined with a strong newsshot. I like the way you positioned things too, the strong diagonal shadow in the back and the man in the corner. Very good work!
I guess you have to be drunk to take a roll over like that and walking away from it.

bonjour Daniel.

Ouch!
No sky! Works well here. Again a bit soft - reminds me of my A1/Vivitar shots.

Nice light, story that teaches.
And I like arid landscapes. Maybe a bit
tightly cropped from the bottom.
