Photographer's Note
The old port of Tel Aviv is one of my favorite sites for photography. many of you already know that.
And this time, this site provides a different kind of photo, far from my usual style. You can call it an experiment, I decided to try and explore new fields.
Somehow, later at home, discovered some rust in this photo, even the color of her hair. I couldn't believe it, but I guess that it's true - I can't escape from my "industrial" touch ;-)

Yes Yitzhak, again, I think it's the other way around. I do not want to scare you, but I personally think that the rust is following you!
Nice composition, though, with the girl off centered and the boats far out on the sea. Beautiful colurs of the sea and sky. Nicely layered, this picture.

A well framed shot, Yitzhak, with beautiful blue tones. I like how the girl and the boat both 'break' the horizon - it seems to 'join' them together somehow. The rust is a real bonus!! Well seen.

Amusing reflection on your work here Yitzhak. The tones in the hair and wall, that you metion, though I think make this shot. Just that little touc on complimentary colour is very effective in simple shot like this where one colour dominates.

Thanks for visiting my photograph.

The old port of Tel Aviv is a very attractive place to stroll around, so be welcome Yitzhak to spend your time down there.
Good compo with the lone girl on the wall there looking into the great sea, and nice for you to have the rusty detail int there.

Nice simple composition under the rule of thirds with pleasant colors and very good DOF! What i like the most here is the feeling of "loneliness" that it is emiting...Very well seen and captured!

I like your composition with just a thin strip of wall and sea but a big area of sky. The girl on the wall is in the perfect position as a focal point. Nice texture on the wall.

Great compo, Yitzhak - simple, relaxing, and the girl placed well in the frame. We get pretty much the same tranquil view out on the sea as she does. Great colors, and the rust a surprising but well-contrasting detail. Good shot.

nice picture, I like the straight forward shot here, good work with the lady placed to the side, I can see why a panoramic wouldnt work here,

Relaxing and minimalistic. I like the low horison and low wall crest. The girl could be even further to the right.

Rusty colours indeed, Yitzhak! And what I find here is two boats too! ;-)) So, a complete pleasure to look at these three layers with three details on them. Lovely depth and serenity and it is such a strikingly simple composition that a lot of people could miss to see the beauty in it. Wonderful capture!

Oh - you got the eye for those rusty shots (In fact I got one for you taken long time ago - better post it next)
And Ok - you diden't got i by purpose - but still a fine view - and this must be an example of "Life on the wall" - one for the theme - thanks Yitzhak.

Hi Yitzhak,
Good horizontally layered composition. Great depth, with the girl looking out towards the 2 distant boats. Good sharpness & color also.

Bonjour Yitzhak, c'est une jolie photo très calme et toute douce que voilà. J'aime bien la présentation de la jeune fille de cette façon, cela laisse court à notre imagination. Nice shot.

Like the 2 lines , from the sea and from the little wall. The girl gives it the final touch. Nice details on the wall and nice colours too.

La jeune femme est positionnée sur un point fort du cadrage, cela donne beaucoup d'intéret à cette composition.
The young woman is positioned on a strong point of framing, that gives good interest to this composition.

Simple, effective and engaging. The position of the girl in the frame and her posture work well together to create a feeling of aloneness and other things.

C'est original et la composition est parfaite : la ligne d'horizon basse et le sujet principal en un point fort de la photo.
Une longue visite de votre galerie s'impose car j'y découvre de belles réussite!
Bravo Yitzhak
