Fishermans Cove, a photo from Dorset, England

Photographer's Note

Tanken about 5am
very warm considering the time of day it was
went here to photograph the Jurassic Coast and after taking many shot i saw these fishermen draging this little boat from a nearby shed
so i got all my gear together and raced across the beach to take this shot before the fishermen waded out to start there days catch

The very good equipment and the interest for good work, created this impressive image. The closed aperture and ND filter enhanced the performance. The colours are fantastic and the most I like is the composition with the boat that steals the show! The vast horizon through the gap between the two slopes makes me to travel with my mind.
Lets take the boat ….

A stunning shot here although i feel that its slightly over saturated, although i admit it adds to the effect!

Fantastic seascape with optimal lighting
You managed to make it very quick. I can imagine how satisfactory it could have been after making this shot.
But the fishermen might have taken you for a fool !
