Photographer's Note
Im still trekking through my old stuff and believe it or not I found a shot taken with my Sony F717 2 years ago and it was my 17th shot. I thought I posted this a long time ago, but I didnt.
This was taken at Oasis 21 which is in Sakae and the space age monument was built 2 years ago with alot of the Nagoyans tax money which they didnt really want the money to be spent on.
I used flash here because the bell was very dark.
Usually in the evenings couples walk around the monument, it is a wonderful sight, in the middle you can see water, well at the top of the glass panel, it is quite futuristic because it emits different lights at the bottom of the glass
I hope you like it

Good subject, and the repeated pattern of the bell fame, with the roof structure is interseting. On the whole though I find this compo rather cluttered. I don't think the dark area lower right helps, and the cross lines don't really work in a coherent way. Interesting, but not one of your best.

A sort of dizzying array of lines and shapes, but quite interesting and intriguing to look at. The flash reflection in the black bow is a bit distracting but otherwise your plan to illuminate the bell worked. I think I would crop it a bit at the bottom, removing the part where we can see outside. Good shot, Dan.

I like the colors and most of the graphics here Daniel, but as is I agree with Richard that it's a bit crowded. Did a workshop with my take on it.

Interesting view of the bell & skylight. I'm inclined to agree with some of the other comments. But I like all the geometric shapes & patterns. Well done, Daniel!

The different lines together with the bell above make a lovely composition Daniel. I like all the geometric shapes and patterns. Very seen Daniel!

Very different and interesting composition - You captured a fine mix of close and remote objects - and I like the similarities in curves and lines - with the bell as unexpected object - thanks Dan- a fine job.

Daniel, the many lines frame the bell well. IMHO, I will crop out the bottom part. Yet a good picture not usually seen.

Very well done Daniel, great perspective, very nice lines and curves. A lot of details but I like it, the bell is well framed, maybe the only thing is the flash taht we can see on the bell post. Beautiful graphics, well done.

Hi Dan, I'm sorry that I did not critique your last pictures, I lack time.
This is a beauty, with all those lines and the sky behind it, the light on the bell, that transparency of the raling, it's a very pleasant picture of lines all over.

A unique shot. Although I agree with some of the comments that it is perhaps a tad cluttered, overall the various angles and geometric patterns and shapes present a mosaic which is pleasing and artistic. I'm glad you posted this.
