Photographer's Note
This picture was taken at Serra do Cipo, a national park close to Belo Horizonte. I used the macro function of the camera Fuji S602, keeping Aperture = 2.8 in order to improve DOF and get the background out of focus.

Nice capture of this damselfly - a member of the lestes family, if I'm not mistaken ;-)
You've great focus on the head, but the wingtips and tail end fall outside the DOF range. For macros such as this I'd suggest you use the highest F-stop available, as the macro function itself will ensure that the background is thrown out of focus - simply because the DOF range *is* very limited when shooting macros. So, if your camera can do F-8, my recommendation would be to try that next time ;-))
