the overall green and the green container. silhouettes of figures and boats and light through the containers all make this quite special. the effect you have used makes it somewhat voyeuristic, which works also

Nice colours, pleasant scene.
The vignetting effect gives a different taste. It could be tighter though.
Did you try a portrait format as well?
