Non molti anni fa , in montagna, questo lavoro era fatto tutto a mano, ora esistono le macchine che lo rendono più rapido e meno faticoso
però Le macchine da sole non riescono ad eseguire un lavoro impeccabile. Per raggiungere la perfezione è ancora necessario il tocco finale dell'uomo.
