Candy Store in Vegas, a photo from Nevada, West

We were in Lss Vegas a few days ago, and while my wife gambles, I take pictures. There are literally hundreds of shops in every resort or casino hotel. One can spend days walking through them. We were at the Wynn Resort and it was very warm outside, so I walked from hotel to hotel. This one was taken at the Palozzo. I had to reduce the saturation and work on the color temperature here as the tungsten made it too orange. It still has a strong color density, but that is the way it looks. Believe me. I tried to post a workshop photo that I made, but didn't know how. sorry

It is not like the candy stores I remember. I had trouble indicating the new small camera that I have. It is a 12mp, point and shoot Canon Powershot.

Hi Roger,

The tight frame is putting the display in evidence. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the interior of the candy store. The surrounding light has a special effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

Hello Roger,
I like the extravagance of this candy shop. The owners didn't skimp on the eye-catching decoration to attract consumers. It looks very kitch with plenty of cheerful colours that give a punchy atmosphere to the scene. The sexy dummies add some "life" as well as a visual impact to your composition. A good shot !

To post a workshop:

Make sure the image is 800 x 531 and under 300 kb. You can change the size & % in photoshop or gimp /photofiltre etc

Then just click post workshop in TE, fill in the details & send. Easy!

A smörgåsbord or buffet of colour here and strange to see these almost adult themed mannequins as advertising props for children's candies. Only in Vegas! Tfs!

Hello Roger,
This could be a candy shop anywhere, except for the racy ladies. They definitely hint that you are in Las Vegas. :-) I think the colors are fine. Sometimes the lighting casts a strange glow, but it adds extra interest to the shot. I'll take some chocolates, please. :-)
