Photographer's Note

On our 11th day of our trip in Iceland the weather was very sunny. So we decided to go back to Hverarönd hydrothermal site (also known as Namaskard). We visited it a few days before with a cloudy weather. But the place was totally different with the sun making the colours fantastic ! Moreover we went in the morning before the tourists arrived and the famous unbearable Myvatn flies didn't wake up yet (we left when they woke up !). In the foreground you can see a boiling mud pot and in the background the Namafall mountains. I couldn't choose between this vertical version and a horizontal one, so I posted the horizontal one as workshop.

EDIT : the workshop doesn't display well (one more time), so click here to see it well on beta version of TE.
