Photographer's Note

This remarkable iceberg was shaped in such a way that it had a small cove or bay, surrounded on 3 sides by its walls and towers of ice. This photo was taken from a zodiac inside that cove, where the ice below gave the water a fantastic blue-green color, and small waves washed up on the surrounding icy shores. We were only in there for a few minutes but it was a fantastic place.

Perfect picture! The icebergs looks like sanddunes :). At the first impression I thought that the background was to hazy but after a while I changed my mind, it looks perfect as it is!
