Photographer's Note

This a complete reshoot of the picture because of the banner hanging in the right of the original and I felt it was better to reshoot rather than clone out. the camera settings for this one were F2.0 at 1/15th sec still hand held.treament was pretty much the same as the original.
you may of seen this the other day when I mistakenly posted it normally instead of reposting it so I removed it and am now doing it properly, hope you all like the changes
This is a definate departure from my norm, but I felt that it was crying out for a picture.
It is an Old hot water radiator, it was used to help heat a big open work shop, in what is called the "Lacemarket" area of Nottingham.Back in the 1900`s it was an area of major lace manifacture in large brick and stone buildings, it became very run-down over the years. recently it has been revamped and has become the centre for textile & cloths design and other bits of cultural life. this radiator is still in its original building ,but it is now an arts college, and tuesday night I attend a PS course and keep see it stood in the centre of an upstairs landing.
The shot is hand held and by available light.
other adjustments were a crop at 600dpi X 28.22cm X 12cm.
