Good macro Tito! DOF is very good, bringing the flower to our atention. Think the colors could be a litle more vivid...a good work anyway :)

You have brought out the pattern on the flower very well in this photo. The image is a litle bit soft, Try and add some more sharpness to it in post process. The colours could also be corrected in this way. I did a Work shop to show you what i mean.
