Slupia mainstream 2, a photo from Pomorskie, West

Photographer's Note

Slupia flows out from Gowidlinskie lake at the height of 165 meters above sea level. After 180 km it ends its short life in Baltic sea. The river was shortened by builders of one of the hydro power-stations (I`ll show you that when the spring will come). Slupia is a famous place for canoing, for fishing and for hiking and biking along. Before Slupsk the river forms amazing landscape, which you could see on my previous images (old river-bed).
On the image there is one of the curves on Slupia before my town in true colour (only saturated).

Dzi¶ w innej tonacji rzeka... £adny kadr i ciekawe miejsce. Podoba mi siê ¶wiat³o. Ale chyba trochê ostro¶æ siad³a na drugim planie, a mo¿e to zamierzone?

Bonsoir mon ami Henryk,
J'ai bien regardé les deux photographies, vous avez su donner à celle publiée un aspect peinture qui est particulièrement bien choisi.
La beauté des lieux n'en prend que plus de valeur. J'aime ces couleurs saturées. L'ensemble donne une impression de 3D.

Czesc,
piekne, cieple kolory (wyszly rzeczywiscie lepiej niz na poprzednim zdjeciu), uroczy zakatek z bardzo malownicza brazowa kepa w sloncu na brzegu. Kompozycyjnie dobre, choc moze albo ujalbym wiecej drzewa z lewej (i wiecej na dole) albo wycialbym zupelnie te kilka widocznych galazek. Ten pierwszy wariant wydaje mi sie lepszy bo pokazuje wiecej rzeki.

Hello Henryk,
I can see that you are making some experiences with PP, which remind me the posts of Aleksander (Graal). I like very much the view of this lake in a very winter mood. The scenery of the trees around it and its reflections make a marvellous image, along with the snow. I guess you saturated the center. I find it interesting, although usually I prefer the natural colours of the moment of shooting, even if the weather is not nice. Very good job, though!

I think it is a beautiful landscape. I liked ther way you showed it, nice pov and framing. The spot light in the background send our eyes in that direction. I your like this shot with a little more sharpness. anyway it is a beautiful work
