Great shot and title. I don't want to insult any of these people but they look like dows or sheeps all ligned up in their stalls except for that black sheep.
I made a WS with a litte different framing.

the vertical lines and the repetition make even a small thing, like the man standing up seem different. I really enjoy subtle photos such as these.

I think the workshop by Nina really helped, by making the subject appear two thrids of the way across the photo. Great photo well done.

A great every day life human repetition picture. Compositionwise there are of course verticals but the heads of the sitting form a nice diagonal that adds some tension. I also like how the standing mans face is so perfectly cut in half. Maybe you should let the cropping on the right follow a wall too.

Very nice idea, a standing and facing guy that's going against the flow of sitting anonymous persons.
Could be a metaphor : Is he talking to all the things we don't like, but we don't have the courage to face?

However I'm not sure about your compo : I think the guy would have been more powerful if moved to the right side, I think it would have worked better leaving only 4 booths and cropping the right side of the image.

The way you colored this photo gives it a wonderful aged look. The amn out of rythem really adds to the interest level. I feel as if this photo has an unseen statement (the out-of-place man).
