Photographer's Note
The shops in Honolulu's Chinatown just reflect the multi-cultural aspect of Hawaii. In this shot, on Maunakea Street (Hawaiian name), there's Shung Chong Yuen (Chinese), with a United We Stand (American) poster in the doorway, as well as a Buy Hawaii sign. Finally, it looks like there's a Japanese good luck tile, just to the left of the store sign. Such treats in this small shop: peanuts, chinese candy, cookies.
PS: BW conversion by red channel, some crop & cruves.

I love the bright whites in your converted BW image. I am a fan of "street sign/pop" images in photography. This does capture Honolulu' multiculturalism. Nice shot!
