Today, in only 24 hours, two women are killed in Spain by their male partners. In this year, in Spain, the death women are 21... What's happening in our world, in our hearts? It's possible to stop the violence facing people against people? It's possible to stop the masculine violence against the women? Let's hope yes. I shooted this shot many time ago. It's a detail of a scultoric group facing the main building of the EU in Brussels. I see today here the cry of the women to the governments, to the mankind. Not only the spanish or european women, the cry of every woman in this world: a cry for freedom, peace, security, dignity, respect...

Hoy en España, en solo 24 horas, han muerto dos mujeres víctimas de violencia machista. En lo que va de año las víctimas femeninas de la violencia de género son ya 21 (también en España). ¿Qué está pasando en nuestro mundo y en nuestros corazones? ¿Es posible parar la violencia que enfrenta pueblo contra pueblo? ¿Es posible parar la violencia machista contra las mujeres? Esperemos que sí... Hice esta foto hace mucho tiempo. Desde el principio me pareció que tenía mucha fuerza de expresión. Es un detalle de un grupo escultórico frente al edificio principal de la Unión Europea en Bruselas. Hoy veo en ella el grito de las mujeres a los gobiernos y a la humanidad, y no sólo de las mujeres españolas o europeas, de todas y cada una de las mujeres de nuestro mundo: un grito que reclama libertad, paz, seguridad, dignidad, respeto...

No solo la expresividad de la escultura funciona bien con el tema, además el color contrasta con el fondo, dando mayor dramatismo a la imagen. Bien visto Angelillo.

Hola Ángel, para mí lo difícil de fotografiar una estatua o una escultura es conseguir lo que tú en este cuadro.... ir más allá de lo que pretendía el autor de la obra y sin duda eso está en el "encuadre", y tu aquí en este lo has superado con creces.
En tu nota has tocado unos temas muy tristes y que pienso que tenemos todos la responsabilidad ..... (padres, periodistas, educadores, curas, políticos...) de hacer lo que esté en nuestra mano para paliarlos en lo posible.

A great pov here, that makes this impressive schulpure stand out against the background in a beautiful way. I know the place and I think you've done a good job. Good colors and sharpness too, visual impact and thank you also for the very sensitive note...a deep problem, still much hidden, although some efforts are being made, slowly...
I'll have a closer look at your gallery when I am back from my Easter break...

Es increible. Hablan mas en España de esta problema que en otros paises y los leyes son dentro de los mas protegedores pero parece que no cambia nada. Hay casi tantas victimas en menos que 3 meses que en todo un año aqui. Pero ya una victima es demasiado.
En luego, tu foto exprima mucho el dolor de esas mujeres y me gusta la nitidez y fuerte contraste. El tilt fonciona muy bien para dar mas dinismo.

Puede que me gustara un punto más de definición, pero eso no va a ser lo que dé calidad a la foto. El tema, la composición, el uso de la profundidad y la nota son para un diez.

Hola Angel

A parte de destacar lo bella de la toma, desde un angulo inusual, destaco enormemente tu nota, llena de realismo... un grito desesperado de todo aquel que quiere hacer un mundo mas justo, y que no desea que se pierda en el silencio...

Me gusta el POV, la rústicidad que se da en la escultura, la cual la hace llamativa y el contraste frente al fondo desenfocado. Excelente

voilà un POV en contre plongée bien efficace et aussi une DOF qui donne un relief incroyable à la scène, le focus sur cette statue qui attire déja par ses couleurs.
