Series on my Trip to the IGUAÇU/IGUASSU FALLS - City of FOZ DO IGUAÇU (Mouth of the Iguaçu/Iguassu) - State of PARANÁ - The SOUTHERN Region of Brazil - # 001 !

PLANETA ÁGUA - WATER PLANET - I visited those falls for the first time when I was 17 years old, back in 1982. I was there with my parents and I enjoyed it a lot! In 2008, I decided I had to go back there, because it's really worthwhile and I wanted to do some other things I didn't do in the first time (they didn't even exist yet, as a matter of fact), such as taking a boat ride into the falls and flying over them, for the first time in a helicopter as well!
In this picture, one can see the view one can have in the brazilian side of the falls. It was a bright and sunny day and I reached this point close to midday!

What a great view of the many falls in the background and the many small rocky islands in the foreground. It looks like a very special place and you captured it very well in this fine light and with these attractive (green and blue) colours. Thanks for sharing!

Wonderful shot! I like the low angle, at the bottom of the falls and just above the level of the water, because it makes the falls seem even higher and more impressive. From down there, you almost seem to be surrounded by waterfalls. Great sense of depth and 3 dimensions too. Well done!

SWow, neyvan, what a wonderful view of Iguacu. I like the stones with these green caps. I can almost hear the roar of water. My dream is to go to Argentina and Brasil to see Iguacu. I haven't seen yet a big waterfall.

Esta é uma das fotos mais bonitas de Iguaçú que tenhos visto aqui no TE. Gosto muito da vista tirada de baixo, junto à água. Trnasmite uma sensação the imponência que nem sempre é conseguida com uma vista de cima. Excelente trabalho.

Although the clouds do not look good, the picture is very beautiful. Despite the strong lighting, the essence of nature is preserved and the title is the best way to present a scenario like this.

Good point of view and a beautiful hues in a good frame.

The famous falls, one of my favs in South America. Excellent composition throughout while this shot breathes freshness. The colours are a delight and you captured some good light to show the brightness. The power in the falls are a treat. I have been lucky to see this for myself, but anyone who hasn't should appreciate this shot.

What a beautiful spot you have captured here with the high falls making an amazing natural frame around this vivid blue pool that is so wonderfully sprinkled with lovely rocks with their lush green crowns, all seen agains a lovely sky.
