I too have a 2800Z so I know that you were limited in choosing to expose either for the deck or the sky. Just for the record, I think you got it spot on!
I filled in the small burned-out area by selecting colour from the top part of the sky with the Pipette and then used a 110 pixel brush at 10% opacity to paint over the white area. I do however quite like the slightly pink tinge of your original.
I painted out the metalwork in the top-left with a paintbrush at 100% and the Clone Stamp Tool at 20%.
Finally I straightened the shot using Image, Rotate, Free Rotate Layer and then cropped it by selecting the area using the Rectangular Marquee Tool and then Image, Crop. I know it loses most of the foreground perspective but it does accentuate the dynamic through the Rule of Thirds.
Well done for a cracking shot. More of the same please!

I added an adjustment layer, darkening while leaving the contrast be. I using the eraser, I erased the darkening in selected areas leaving the sky alone. I then merged the layers, used the auto color satuation feature and added some USM to sharpen the image just a little. I hope this helps.

1. Create a levels adjustment layer and adjusted input levels to the following settings: 0, 1.90, 255.
2. Set blending mode of levels adjustment layer to Multiply. Leave layer opacity at 100%.

Ran through Neat Image, mostly to replace the loss of editing a jpg.
Cropped to my own taste.

Change Image>Mode>GrayScale.
Use the clone stamp tool (set to about 21 'fuzzy', Normal mode, Opacity about 80%, Aligned) to remove the reflection from the sky. Make sure to use long, continuous strokes (Remember how your art teacher always used to say use your pencil crayons in the same direction with even strokes? It works here to reduce the evidence of the cloning.)
Now go Select>All, and then Edit>Copy.
Revert the drawing back to original using File>Revert.
Now go Layer>New Layer via Copy.
You should now have two layers - the original in color and and new one in grayscale without the reflection in the top left corner.
Now right click on the new layer and select blending options.
Change the Blend If>This Layer slider to approx 127.
You should now have a picture with the reflection gone and a gray sky.
If you would rather have a bluer sky like the original, open the Image>Adjust>Color Balance and play around with the sliders till you get the color of the sky you were looking for.
