Auto Color + Sharpness, that's all.
Neat Image on top of it, but to get rid of all the noise I'd need to work on the original.
As I said : 3 seconds worth of work in PP.

Simply killed all saturation on that blue halo surrounding the top of the trees in upper right, so to turn it whitish-grey like the rest of the sky.

Less than two minutes of work to clone out that bump.
Brush presets :
shape dynamics/scattering/airbrush/smoothing.
Master diameter : 9 px.
Just a matter of carefully using the brush edge when close to the curve, no big deal.

Made use of an overall mask in Apply Image
Sharpened edges with accent of soft light
Worked in Selective colors on Reds, Yellows and Greens
Applied Warming Filter
Ran through Neat Image

Applied Auto-contrast
Saturated greens (which automatically increases saturation of red and yellows)
Applied Unsharp Mask, based on luminosity
Retouched with a whiff of Smart Blur

Worked on selective colors, enhancing reds, yellows, blues and blacks.
Enhanced greens with Replace Color.

Giorgio,
there was actually no need for a WS of ANY kind, your picture is absolutely fine!
But it reminded me so much of those 50's and 60's B&W movies of the Italian Neo-Realism, that I wanted to see how it looked in B&W...
All I did was converting, adding a little contrast and turning the brightness a couple steps back. That's all.

non c'era nessunissimo bisogno di farne un WS.
La foto originale e` bellissima e va benissimo cosi` com'e`! Ma mi ricordava talmente i film del Neo-Realismo che ho voluto vederne l'effetto in B&W.
Ti diro`... ce una scena ne "Il Sorpasso" in cui Vittorio Gassman e Jean-Louis Trintignant passano in macchina in un posto che mi fa immediatamente pensare a questa foto, e viceversa.

Enhanced contrast + brightness

+45 saturation (yellows)
Unsharp Mask (amount 100%, radius 0,5 pixels, threshold 8)

WS involves :
+60% sharpness
+28 saturation yellows
+27 saturation blues
