Nothing fancy here, simply brightened the lower half and burned out the puddles. IMHO thought the original a tad dull

1 - add hue/saturation/layer
2 - multiply layer
3 - using slider lighten
4 - using soft semi-opaque brush remove over-saturation
5 - flatten
6 - HDR layer
7 - Lay HDR over flattened image
8 - using 50% soft brush eraser tidy up
9 - flatten, lay flattened layer, using brush tidy up overblown areas (white area of clouds)

My sky is probably way off the original color, so my apologies on this. To give the photo a tad more depth I brought out the foreground grass. To tone down the yellow appearance I took turned up the blue channel about 10%

Your photo seemed a little flat. To give it depth I laid a copy over it in PS. I increased the contrast by 10% and the saturation by 10%. Seeking to preserve the delicacy of your colors but wishing to accentuate the foreground grasses and the depth of the hills, using a feathered brush I removed part of the new layer. Then I merged the two layers to produce this.

I copied the layer, upped the contrast, lowered the brightness on the new layer and then erased the right and bottom portion of the new layer to bring the man in the shop more into the foreground.

I separated out the channels and lowered the saturation on the blue and red channels, leaving the green as it was.

I still have a pinkish hue to it. To get this far, in photoshop I seperated the color channels, making a mask of each and adjusted the saturation. I then created a path of the strong areas of color and erased them from the appropiate mask. Not perfect, perhaps someone can get it closer.

Convert to lab color, fix the lightness channel with unsharp mask, amount 85% radius 1 threshold 4. Remove noise. Add 1% guassian blur to background using quick mask. Convert to RGB, add 1% tonal difference to background using previous path from Quick Mask

Seperate out the alpha channels, duplicate the green channel, saturate it and then fade out the top half using feather. Visa versa for the red channel.
