Kyoto had been the capital of Japan from 794 to 1869. This old and great city of a million population has many interesting streets. Unlike other cities in Japan, each street in Kyoto has its own name. I like to stroll on these streets. To me, it's more exiting than to stroll in other big cities such as Tokyo and Osaka.
