Chose the sky with selective color and then removed the yellow from the black to give a navy sky. Then I chose the exploding lights and the too bright whites and chose a darker yellow to darken with a brush. In case of the white water I used the mint color to darken. I chose the the three small windows in the lower left and increased the saturation on the blue. Lastly I openned a background layer and chose color dodge from blending options and increased it a litlle.
