Workshop Note

Hi Tobias,
Your original is well composed photo of magnificent scenery.
However, you've experienced the same than thousands of others who have taken pictures in snowy conditions - colours tend to get blue cast and snow doesn't look white.
All this is quite easily corrected in PS or any other editing software. I used PS and did following:
- Auto levels and auto colours (make sure you do this for the actual photo without frame)
- Made snow appear whiter and got more detail out of those huts by using curves
- Selected sky with Magic Wand Tool and blurred it with Surface Blur (to get rid of the noise)
- Sharpened a bit
I hope you find it useful. Same can and should be done to all photos taken in snowy conditions.
Cheers!
